What do I pay, and when?

Starter is $499 to build, then $79 a month. Agency is $1,500 to build, then $99 a month. The build fee is paid at checkout. Monthly care starts 14 days after checkout, or on launch day if later. You own the finished site from launch day.

I already have a website. What happens to it?

It stays up while we build the new one at a private address. On launch day we point your domain at the new site. Your email is not touched.

Who writes the words?

We do, from your current site, your listings and a twenty minute form. You correct anything before it goes live.

Is this AI?

Partly. AI does the first draft and the repetitive build work, which keeps the price down. A person reads every page, you approve every page, and nothing about your agency is invented.

Am I tied to a long-term care plan?

No. After the build fee, care is month to month. Cancel it any time with no exit fee. We hand over your finished site and help you move it.

What is not included?

Logo design, blogs, ads, ongoing SEO campaigns, social media and photography. Spanish, extra pages and email setup are add-ons, from $150.
